Titan Human Resources & Strategic Solutions, LLC is seeking an unpaid Human Resources Intern for the HR Department reporting into the President of Human Resources based in Indianapolis, IN for the FALL SEMESTER 2018. The Intern will be provided with ongoing direction and supervision. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in a career in Human Resources upon graduation. Anticipated completion date is typically the week prior to the close of the Summer Semester.

This internship can be coordinated with your college to ensure college credit, if applicable. All supervision requirement and documentation will be completed by the President of Human Resources.  The intern will gain exposure to the organization and employee development in a global for-profit organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an undergard or graduate student to apply and expand their skills in data input and analysis, communications, strategic  HR, Tactical HR, and training and development in a for-profit Human Resources setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Updating job descriptions
  • Posting new openings on job boards
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Completing reference checks
  • Source passive candidates
  • Building HR Reports
  • Reviewing Learning Management System
  • Assist with utilization of the new Applicant Tracking System
  • Updating HR Manual

Qualifications and Skills

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human resources, or similar
  • Minimum 3.25 GPA
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow processes and procedures
  • Student studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field preferred;
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required
