We are seeking an Store Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, offer solutions to employee engagement, and drive company revenue.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant,
  • ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including
  • product preparation and delivery
  • guest relations
  • restaurant maintenance and repair
  • inventory management * team management
  • recruiting and retention of team members
  • financial accountability
  • ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
  • Oversee all operating aspects of unit including Profit & Loss, Customer Relations, Human Resources
  • Maintain accountability for the success of the restaurant by making key decisions and problem-solving solving skills
  • Act as a Role Model and demonstrate professional behavior to restaurant team as well as to customers
  • Upgrade and improve restaurant operations when needed, maintain quality of product and service
  • Maintain open communication with vendors, as well as act as a liaison between the restaurant and the Support Team Members
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with all state, and federal regulations
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to brand standards
  • Build community goodwill and relationships through community events and sponsorship
  • Identify & implement strategies that will improve top line sales and increase guest counts
  • Plan and execute local store competitive and sales building action plans as necessary
  • Provide on-going support and communication to Associate/Management Team
  • Supervise the overall operations of the restaurant
  • Hire, train, motivate and discipline associates to ensure restaurant is staffed to maintain company essence and quality standards
  • Empower Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and associates in order to build self-sufficiency within the restaurant team
  • Maintain financial ownership for restaurant through increased sales, short and long term business plans, and P&L statements

Qualifications and Skills

  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • You set high standards for yourself and for your people
