We are seeking a Payroll Implementation to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments. 


  • Upload new hires from the ATS into ADP EV5
  • Review data to ensure it is accurate and in compliance with the compensation policy set by each region
  • Communicate with one of the more than 120 locations to make appropriate new hire adjustments
  • Review new hire paperwork ensure it is compliant
  • Every week import, review and adjust time records
  • Communicate by e-mail and telephone to warehouses on what errors exist and how adjustments are to be made
  • Review and upload files regarding status changes (transfers, demotions, promotions)
  • Process regular, overtime, PTO, retro-pays, commissions and other wage payment types
  • Process end pays for final payments
  • Review and audit the work of other colleagues, keep a keen eye on inconsistencies in their work
  • Review and package garnishment materials
  • Resolve payroll issues for employees and/or managers
  • Keep abreast of compliance issues
  • After an individual has successfully demonstrated the above, will be assigned a team to lead/supervise – growth potential Payroll Supervisor/Assistant Payroll Manager


  • 3+ Years payroll
  • ADP Enterprise
  • ADP Advanced Reporting the ability to create ad-hoc reports using (joins and derived fields
  • High volume environment, where the person worked on a semi-automated process
  • Adept at Excel and manual payroll changes
  • 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – standard hours
  • Must be flexible with overtime
