We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.


  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • The human resource manager is responsible for screening and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, firing, drug testing, and training new hires.
  • Collect and process all new hire paperwork, data entry for all new employees; maintain accurate employee records for new and existing employees.
  • Must be able to manage legal compliance of employee records and well as maintain HR records.
  • Human Resource Manager should have knowledge of FMLA, Workers Compensation, Federal and State employment laws.
  • Coordinate and conduct monthly safety training to all associates at the plant.
  • Make sure employees at the facility are adhering to our safety polices.
  • As Human Resource Manager you need to be able to investigate employee complaints / concerns and work towards an effective resolution.
  • Must be able to review and submit payroll each week in a timely manner.
  • Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Needs to know how to use various Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Computer skills are a must.
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions


  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • HR certification preferred
  • FMLA: 1 year
  • Human Resources: 3 years
  • Workers Compensation: 1 year
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws 
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
