We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Assist with recruiting, advertising, and job postings
  • Assist with the interviewing and onboarding process for salary, hourly, and temp positions
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement events and activities
  • Provide assistance with HR administrative tasks as needed
  • Log and track all applicants
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Complete projects and task as assigned
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution 
  • Experience with Social Media Applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
  • Comfortable working in a large scale manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws 
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
