We are seeking a Corporate Controller to become a part of our client's team! 


  • Organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to communicate to both management and junior people
  • Ability to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come up
  • Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Quickbooks and/or more sophisticated GL systems such as Microsoft Dynamic or NetSuite
  • Experience with ADP technology


  • Prior experience (5-8 years) with:
  • Managing and reconciling intercompany AP/AR
  • Financial Services
  • Consolidation accounting and elimination entries
  • Minority interest calculations
  • VIE analysis preferred but not required
  • Managing cash, projections and treasury management in general
  • Expense monitoring and budgeting; including experience with payroll
  • Accounting systems implementation
  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements and tax returns
